Reliable in terms of established timelines, kept us informed all along and were here when they said they would be. They are very personable and looked after all the small details as things went along. The job took several weeks to complete - left everything tidy every night - went the extra mile with floor protection and minimized dust as much as possible. Amazing to work with from start to finish! JB Brothers went above and beyond to complete our washroom reno. CLEAN! They always cleaned up and my house was never a disaster, they even swept my front stairs daily. PROMPT and EFFICIENT! They gave me a timeline and followed it, if they were waiting for something to dry or set, I was made aware and never left wondering what was going on. QUOTE WAS ACCURATE! What they quoted was almost the exact number my bill was. I’ve had Reno’s before where the quote was low, once it started a bunch of hidden fees popped up and my bill was 3x’s as expected. We will definitely be using JB Brothers again.
